MAEK is a luxury design and construction firm specialising in contemporary homes and boutique developments.
For over 17 years, we have brought together distinctive design, meticulous craftsmanship and an uncompromising attention to detail. Each MAEK home is individually designed, carefully resolved and shaped around the people who will call it home.
Our in-house architecture, interiors and construction team works as one, giving our clients clear leadership and a single point of responsibility. From the earliest design thinking to the final detail on site, we lead the entire process, ensuring the original design intent is carried all the way through.
You bring the desire.
We take care of the complexity.

The MAEK DesignBuild Approach
Exceptional design. One team to deliver it.
Creating an exceptional home should not mean taking on the job of coordinating everyone needed to deliver it. The traditional design–tender–build approach separates the people who design your home from those who build it. That can mean multiple contracts, competing priorities and responsibility divided between different businesses. When design, cost and construction fall out of alignment, the original idea can be compromised—and you can find yourself caught in the middle.
MAEK brings architecture, interiors and construction together as one integrated team, under clear leadership and a single point of responsibility.
We don’t simply bring separate parties to the table. We lead the entire process, taking responsibility for both the design and delivery of your home.
Design-led. Grounded in how we build.
Our architecture, interiors and construction teams work together from the outset. Construction expertise and cost advice inform the design as it develops, rather than being introduced after the drawings are complete.
This allows us to resolve details early, anticipate challenges and make considered decisions about where your budget will have the greatest impact. Crucially, the people responsible for building your home understand the thinking behind its design, because they have been part of that process from the beginning.
It is how we carry the original design intent from the first sketch through to the final detail.
One team. One contract. Clear accountability.
With MAEK, you engage one company under one contract, with a single point of contact throughout. We manage the consultants, trades and coordination required to bring your home to life.
You remain involved in the decisions that matter, without having to become the project manager or the intermediary between designer and builder. There is no question about who is leading the project or who you turn to for answers. That responsibility sits with us.
Informed at every stage.
Weekly project updates keep you informed about progress, upcoming decisions and what happens next. When you have a question, we are only a phone call away.
And you can enjoy the experience of creating your home, knowing there is one team looking after the details.
You bring the desire. We take care of the complexity. From concept to key.
