In 2018, MAEK launched its own property development division, with a focus on developing small groups of high-end dwellings in Perth’s premier suburbs.
We work hand in hand with developers and property owners to develop sellable concepts that are designed to maximise their land and increase property value. The concepts are created with a firm target audience in mind, giving our clients a clear direction with which to go out to market.
MAEK manages the entire process, from architectural design, liaising with local councils and construction, to the sales and marketing of the development to both local and international buyers.
These are not run-of-the-mill developments where quantity undermines quality. All MAEK’s developments comprise a limited number of dwellings designed specifically for a refined clientele, all delivered to MAEK’s first-class standard.
